Latest Update: 30th April 2026

Thank you for your interest in speech and language therapy support. My diary is currently open.

I currently work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. My diary is open for all services delivered remotely. Assessment services are available both remotely and face to face in Herne Bay, Canterbury, and Whitstable (Kent).

I may be able to travel outside of these areas (e.g. Thanet or Faversham) for face to face assessments, with mileage charged at 45p per mile for journeys over 10 miles.

There is a well-documented shortage of speech and language therapists in the UK, which has made accessing support more challenging for many families. As a result, more parents are considering remote therapy but may have concerns about its effectiveness compared to face-to-face sessions.

If you’re unsure whether remote therapy is right for your child, I’d be happy to chat with you. There is strong evidence that remote speech therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy, and some studies have even shown greater outcomes in certain areas. If you’d like to discuss this further, please feel free to email me to arrange a conversation—I can walk you through the research and help you decide what’s best for your child.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
