Neurodivergent Speech Therapist in Kent - Jamie Louise Hollis - ADHD SLT

Services

Update – January 2026

I currently work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays only.

As a neurodivergent professional, I have made a conscious decision to step down my working days in order to prevent neurodivergent burnout and protect my wellbeing. I work this way intentionally, and openly, to help normalise the importance of recognising limits and working sustainably as neurodivergent people.

All services are available remotely.
This includes speech and language therapy, assessments, parent coaching, and professional training and ACT services.

All my services are also available face to face within the following areas of Kent:

  • Herne Bay

  • Whitstable

Travel within the first 5 miles is included. Mileage beyond this is charged at 45p per mile.

My practice also includes parent coaching and professional training, supporting parents, educators, and organisations to create inclusive, neuro-affirming communication environments. These sessions focus on practical, evidence-informed strategies to support autistic and ADHD individuals in schools, workplaces, and everyday life.

As a therapist trained to Level 2 in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I integrate mindfulness, values-based reflection, and emotional wellbeing support into communication therapy where appropriate.

Why Speech and Language Therapy Matters

Speech and language therapy can enhance communication skills, boost confidence, and improve daily interactions. It supports individuals with speech delays, social communication difficulties, and neurodivergent communication styles. Whether helping children develop early language skills or supporting adults in professional settings, therapy plays a key role in empowering individuals to express themselves.
